Although Auckland transitioned to Alert Level 3 at 11:59pm on Sunday 14 February 2021, TechCentral will continue to operate with these restrictions in place:

• Repairs will be undertaken, with some delays due to COVID-19 precautions and shipping delays;
• Our call-centre will be operational, taking emails and calls.
• Our reception area will be open for essential pick-ups and drop-offs;
  • Please do not come inside if you are showing symptoms of COVID-19;
  • If you are coming, we request you first contact our Customer Service Representatives by email or phone (below) to inform them that you will be coming;
  • We request that, where possible, you send in your devices by courier, and allow us to send them back to you by courier;
  • We request that, where possible, you make payments online in advance, using payment instructions found at the bottom of your invoices and quotations;
