Kia ora Aotearoa,

New Zealand has transitioned to Alert Level 4 as of 11:59pm on Tuesday 17 August 2021, and it is currently planned for Auckland to remain there for seven days. This plan is to be reviewed by the New Zealand government every 24 hours.

During this time TechCentral will continue to operate as an essential business:

·         Repairs will be undertaken , with some delays due to COVID-19 precautions and shipping delays;

·         We will not accept drop-offs and pick-ups except by courier services; we request that you:

o    First contact our Customer Service Team by email or phone (below);

o    Send in your devices by courier, and we will also send them back to you by courier; and

o    Make payments online in advance, using payment instructions found at the bottom of your invoices and quotations;

·         Our call-centre will be operational , taking calls and emails.
